In Memory of Robert Winfield Wirth

My father, Bob Wirth, lived his life through the happiness of others. My daughter always says his greatest joy was in seeing the joy in others. He had suffered numerous illnesses over the last 15 years, including a stroke in June. He continued to be strong, spending time with his loving wife of 47 years and cherishing every moment he had with his grandchildren. On the morning of October 7th, my dad lost his balance, falling and enduring a traumatic brain injury that cost him his life.
He was surrounded by his family as he took his last breath. My mom held his hand until he was gone. We are all suffering from this terrible loss.
Years of illness had taken a financial toll on my mom and dad. They had not planned funeral expenses as we all thought they still had many years together. My brother and I are helping out as much as we can, but we know there will be many medical bills to follow from that terrible day. I'm starting this campaign for my mom in the hopes to alleviate some of the financial burden that I know she will encounter after this difficult time. Any amount is truly appreciated.
