We lost our beautiful Kathy Baggette Westrope, sister, mother, aunt, niece and cousin on Monday, August 13th, 2018.
Kathy's one and only job in life was to be a wonderful mother to her children and grandmother to her grandchildren.
So it is fitting that she would want any money spent in her memory to go towards this small college fund that will benefit her grandchildren,
