UPDATE: Our hearts are filled with love and gratitude for everyone who helped us reach our goal of raising the money to help Lisa's family cover the cost of her funeral service and memorial. Your generosity means so much to all of us. Irene Costas, Lisa's mother, will make sure any additional money raised will go directly to ensuring Lisa's 4 children are taken care of during this difficult time.

Our incredible daughter, mother, sister, niece, cousin, nurse and friend was taken from us too soon. Her caring spirit will live on in all of our hearts. Please help Lisa's family with the cost of her funeral so they can provide her with the beautiful memorial service she deserves.
