In Memory of Liam Perez

Our son Liam Perez was a true miracle.  He was born premature and was only 1 lb 6 oz.  He quickly became our inspiration as he fought every moment of his life. He spent his first 10 months in the NICU at Cohens Children Hospital. Liam suffered from a condition called, Pulmonary Hypertension and Chronic Lung Disease.  After long night and days in the NICU,  he was finally able to come home. The days he spent in our home were priceless and the most rewarding.  Every day he was with us was a blessing, and his presence in our lives have made us better people.  Liam is now in the hands of God and our baby is now our guardian angel.  He will always be with us in Spirit and Liam will forever be our inspiration.

We were always hopeful that this moment would never come, but it has and we are appealing to our friends and family to help us with the final expenses we are facing as we say goodbye to our beloved son.
