In Loving Memory of Karen Frasch

Our beloved friend, teacher, and joy maker Karen Frasch passed away on February 13th. Karen recently had surgery as part of her fight against cancer and an unexpected complication from that surgery was the cause of her death.

Her sudden loss has left us all deeply saddened. Karen’s presence was a beacon of positivity, always adorned with a warm smile and overflowing with joy.

Karen was the best mom to Emily. She was overjoyed when she became pregnant with Emily and showered Emily with so much love in the short amount of time they had together. Karen adored her husband, Steven, and together they had a joyful and beloved marriage.

Words cannot truly express how much her loss will impact Emily, Steven, her wonderful family, her students, her colleagues, and friends. She was one of a kind!
