In Loving Memory of Jorge Santos

On September 22nd 2023, only a day after his 23rd birthday, our beloved family member, Jorge Santos, lost his life to gun violence. This unfortunate and unforeseen occurrence has left our family and loved ones with an incurable feeling of grief. Our jolly, caring and outgoing Jorgito was taken from us, leaving behind a mother, brother, loving partner, four beautiful baby girls and so many more.
Our family would like to bury Jorge and provide a proper service, so that his daughters may get the chance to visit their father’s grave as they grow older. Having previously lost two family members just last year to cancer, our family is requesting help from the community to gather the funds necessary to bid Jorge farewell. El 22 de septiembre de 2023, solo un día después de cumplir 23 años, nuestro querido miembro de la familia, Jorge Santos, perdió la vida a causa de la violencia armada. Este suceso desafortunado e imprevisto ha dejado a nuestra familia y seres queridos con un sentimiento de dolor incurable. Nos quitaron a nuestro alegre, cariñoso y extrovertido Jorgito, dejando atrás a una madre, un hermano, una pareja amorosa, cuatro hermosas niñas y mucho más.
A nuestra familia le gustaría enterrar a Jorge y brindar un servicio adecuado, para que sus hijas tengan la oportunidad de visitar la tumba de su padre a medida que crezcan. Habiendo perdido a dos miembros de su familia el año pasado a causa del cáncer, nuestra familia está solicitando ayuda de la comunidad para reunir los fondos necesarios para despedirse de Jorge.
