In Memory of Floyd Smith Jr.

Losing a loved one is difficult. Losing a loved one without saying goodbye is heartbreaking. It is with deep sadness that our family announces the death of our beloved son and brother, Floyd Fitzgerald Smith Jr (11/18/97 — 2/19/18). While it is even difficult to put this into words, Junior, as he was so affectionally called by many, will be remembered as a creative spirit. He poured his passion into his art and sketching. He had his eye toward the future, with his love of computer programming and gaming. And now, we are faced with the extremely difficulty task of imagining our future without Junior. His unexpected passing has left us devastated. As we begin to mourn, we ask for your help to ensure Junior has the final send-off he deserves. We thank you for your thoughts and prayers.
