In memory of ET WESM Stephen Cashman.

Dear friends, families and Oppos. With heavy hearts we announce that our beloved Crew member ET Stephen “Cash” Cashman (25) has passed away. This unexpected event happened on the 9th December 2021 leaving behind his much loved family and friends.

Cash was an energetic and enthusiastic young man with his whole life ahead of him. A real character within the Submarine Service, he could always be found laughing and joking with his Oppo’s, a true friend to all that knew him. Everyone in the Submarine community will be rocked by this saddening news. He was loved by all his Oppos onboard his presence will truly be missed.

We are devastated that such a young, vibrant and much loved Oppo like Cash left us so early and suddenly. We are asking everyone to come together at this time to support his family in any way possible. The donations from this fundraiser will be passed on to Cash’s family for whom we have the utmost admiration and respect for being strong in such a horrendously difficult time.
