In Memory of Ehren Swedberg

Ehren, I’m at a loss for words. I can’t believe I won’t get to see your face again or hear your laugh. You were always my protector, my sounding board and friend. You meant so much to so many people. I’m in awe of how many lives you’ve impacted during your short 37 years with us. 

     You had such a special way of connecting, whether it was just by simply lending a helping hand, listening when a friend was going through a hard time, or sharing your wealth of knowledge. The past few days have been a blur without you. The thing that has stuck out to me during this time is how large your reach was, not just our hometown, Georgia or even the US, your friends from across the world have shared pictures, videos and stories of their favorite memories of you. We will all cherish the time we spent with you and keep your memory forever in our hearts. 

     Please know you were an amazing son, brother, friend, uncle and godfather. I only wish we had more time with you. Our world has lost such a bright light. I love you and miss you. 

      One of your biggest passions was being in nature. You spent years volunteering with the Chattahoochee Nature Center, so much so that you were honored at their annual award ceremony multiple times. This is just another place you made friends quickly. You spent your time there helping plant and harvest food that would be donated to local food banks, building greenhouses, helping with events, the list goes on and on. In lieu of flowers, our family asks for donations to be made in your name to the Chattahoochee Nature Center. Please use the link below to help commemorate Ehren.
