Charles Pangasnan past away during his sleep peacefully on May 26, 2020, at the age of 50 years old. He was a family man, whose biggest priority and greatest love were his wonderful wife Rosette Pangasnan and his two children, Clyde and Charlize.
His favorite pastime was watching basketball. Charles loved sports but most of all loved coming home to be with his family.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Rosette; His two kids, Clyde and Charlize, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends who loved Charles very much.
Charles was a San Francisco Deputy Sheriff. Courageous and Compassionate, Fearless and Fair, this Brave and Benevolent Son, Father, and Brother of Blue simply wanted to make a difference in his small corner of the world. May we take a part of Brother Charles' legacy with us when we enter into our daily arenas while continuing to create our own. May we vow to continue with the same Duty, Courage, Honor, and Respect as Deputy Pangasnan served. May we always remember Deputy Sheriff Pangasnan for how He Lived As Only A Hero Could. He will always be remembered as a Hero!
He will always be remembered for his positive attitude and smile. Forever in our hearts and never forgotten.
This fund is being set up to collect funds for his wife and two children.... Clyde and Charlize.
The family appreciates all of the prayers and support extended during this time.

All money raised from this campaign will go directly to Charles' family. It will cover any necessary costs associated with his passing and help take the weight of the world from off their shoulders in this sad time.
Charles Pangasnan was member of the San Francisco Deputy Sheriffs' Association since his first day as a Deputy Sheriff #1403, July 8th 1996. Everyone was Charles' best friend and he loved everyone. He will be in our hearts forever and he will be a friend forever.
