Charis Jandre' Douglas
June 25, 1959 - February 19, 2018

Charis Jandre’ Douglass was a veteran broadcaster that began  his  career in radio while in High School in the mid 1970’s.  While attending Northeastern University he  hosted his signature show, Sunday Night Soul’s Place on the university's station, WRBB.

Throughout his career he would go on to serve as music director, program director, station manager and consultant for a variety of radio stations. Most notably Charis would host the widely successful "Time Tunnel" show on WILD Boston as Andre Alexander.

With a fiery passion for radio broadcasting, Charis would later join the ranks of WZBR, The BASS of Boston to host "Sunday Night Souls Place". He would soon change his broadcast name from "Andre Alexander to Andre Douglas.

The funds collected will be used to host a memorial service for our beloved brother. He was such a humanist, that he donated his body to scientific research. We would love to celebrate his life by bringing those that knew him and those that didn't together for a celebration of the life of Charis Jandre' Douglas!
