In Memory of Christopher "Bartleby" Bloss

My daughter's life partner and soulmate, Bartleby, unexpectedly passed away on October 2nd. His passing is heartbreaking to everyone that knew him but it is particularly devastating to Kelly and his family.

 

Bartleby was one of the kindest people I have had the honor to meet. His gentle nature could be felt by anyone near him and his smile could light up a room.

 

The first time I heard Kelly talk about him, I knew she loved him. The first time I met him, I knew he loved her. They had not yet realized they loved each other but everyone around them knew. Once they finally realized it, they were inseparable. I have never known two people that could live together and work together yet they still wanted to spend every spare minute with each other.

 

There is nothing that can be done to ease the heartbreak from this shattering loss. However, I do hope that we can do something to help to offset some of the additional financial burden that Kelly will face in the coming months. Any donation amount is greatly appreciated.
