In Memory of Ace Boogie
Donation protected
Barry “Ace Boogie” Johnson was a part of the Fiddler’s and Live Oak family for over 10 years. I say “family” because as those of us in the service industry know, that is what we become. Ace was diagnosed with stage four cancer in January. Unfortunately, his illness took him away much sooner than any of us anticipated. His funeral will be this Saturday, March 31 at 10 AM. It is at the Sylvania Funeral Home in Savannah, Georgia. There will also be a benefit in his memory at Fiddler’s River Street on April 10th, 2018. The ACE BOOGIE BOOGIE will go from 4pm-til. There will be food, a 50/50 lottery where the winner will get half of the pot and a silent auction. Local musicians that have been playing at Fiddler’s throughout the years will be making special guest appearances all night. All musicians are invited to come take part in the open jam. This page is for all of those that are out of town or can’t make the event and wish to donate. All of the money raised will be given to his family to help with funeral expenses and outstanding medical bills. Please come out on April 10th and help celebrate the life of a member of our family that we love and will miss dearly. Thank you for your support.
