In Loving Memory of Sgt. Ernie Hernandez

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Sergeant Ernesto “Ernie” Hernandez #930. Sgt. Hernandez was a twenty three year veteran who lost a hard fought battle with cancer. Sgt. Hernandez started his career with the Newark Police Department before transferring to the Harrison Police Department where he served as a Patrolman, Detective, Task Force Officer with Hudson County Prosecutors Office (Narcotics Unit) and ultimately was promoted to the rank of Sergeant. Please keep the Hernandez Family in your thoughts and prayers.The money raised from this fundraiser will be used to pay for Ernie’s funeral expenses. Any additional funds will be donated to Sgt.
