In Loving Memory of Pat Smith

It is with a heavy heart and tearful eyes that we inform you of the unexpected passing of Pat Smith on May 26th. The world lost an incredible man and far too soon.
I have set up this fund to help Pat’s family at this difficult time. As well as having to deal with the emotional loss, they now face an extreme financial burden. Pat was the family’s primary income provider. There was no life insurance. His wife, Dawn, was also laid off from her employment due to the Covid pandemic and the business is now closed, leaving her unemployed for the foreseeable future. They really need our help with memorial and living expenses. As you can imagine, the family is grieving right now and the last thing we want them to worry about is finances. We ask, if you're able, to donate what you can to help his family through this sudden tragedy.
The funds raised will go directly to Dawn Smith and be used for memorial expenses, housing, and utilities, etc. You will help support the exorbitant expenses the family may incur while saying goodbye to their husband, and daddy, and honor the memory of this wonderful man.

Pat had passionately spent tireless hours studying and researching health issues in his love of helping others battle Lyme disease and other illnesses. He then spent over a decade sharing his knowledge with everyone from social media groups to private forums, never turning away anyone in need of guidance. He will forever be remembered for the countless people he helped, along with his expertise in calculating Rife frequencies to a perfect match. Pat had a dream to start a custom Rife Frequency business with his new method of calculating frequencies. Many experts told him that it was impossible to develop a frequency that would dismantle the Lyme Outer Surface Proteins or OSPs, yet he did and brought a whole new life to many, including myself. On May 19th Custom Rife Frequencies was launched with a small database. However, Pat was working diligently to complete much more.
His dream was crushed all too soon.
Pat brought great health, joy, and love to all he knew. There will be a noticeable void with his absence.
