In Loving Memory of Marvin Frazer

With a heavy heart, we are asking for help with funeral & medical expenses for my brother-in-law, Marvin Frazer, who died at the age of 53 on Saturday May 20, 2017 after a long battle with cancer.
Marvin was a Licensed Minister to the Native Americans (primarily Navajo). He and his wife Ilene had devoted many years to seeking to improve education and living conditions for the Navajo and other Native Americans. Their work was primarily with young children.
Before Marvin's health failed to the point that he was no longer able to travel for several years, he and Ilene went to Cottonwood Arizona yearly. They were able to take much needed school supplies (some of which were donated) for the children. Marvin and Ilene taught the children using puppets and skits of their own creation. Since he no longer could make the journey, they have been involved with a Native American church that is within driving distance of their home in Zephyrhills Florida.
At the time of his death their only income was Marvin's Social Security disability. They had no life savings as all their resources were used to improve the quality of life for the Native Americans. Unfortunately, Marvin's only life insurance was for accidental death.
Funeral expenses are estimated as at least $6,000 and there are addition medical and incidental expenses. Because Ilene has devoted all her time to caring for Marvin for the past several years, she is unable to cover these costs on her own. All donations will be used to assist with Marvin's medical and burial expenses and to possibly assist Ilene in maintaining their very modest home which needs extensive repairs while she transitions to her life as a widow.
