In Loving Memory of Candice Hildebrant

On March 24th, 2019, the world lost a strong, courageous woman.  Candice had a number of chronic illnesses but that did not stop her from being a fierce advocate, never faltering in her fight to make the world a better place. Her sudden passing is a blow to  her family and friends, one from which we will never fully recover.  She may be gone much too soon, but her legacy and passion will live on.  This fund is being established by her heart-broken friends and fellow advocates at The Women's Diversity Network and Long Island Activists in the hopes that we can do some small part to fill the void her passing has left with her family.
