In loving memory of Alex and Max.

My name is Herman and I am the father of Alexander and Maximus. They were the most wonderful children who ever lived and I feel privileged to have been their dad. They were murdered in tragic circumstances that are just beyond comprehension. It has left our family heartbroken and has devastated the community.

It is my wish that people can remember them for the extraordinary boys that they were. They wanted to be YouTubers and to honour their wish I have made their videos public.

The money that is raised will be used to help pay for the funeral, create a memorial, pay for the vigil and to support the family. Furthermore, I am seeking to find answers on how they were let down so badly by the safeguarding system in place. In time I want to campaign for mental health awareness. I hope that no other parent will ever have to endure something similar.
