In Aid of Amber Gaughran Creane

Hi Folk,

Our friend and fellow Defence Forces Member Fran's, daughter  Amber has recently been diagnosed with leukaemia, we can only imagine what the family will have to face over the next while and we what to help take some of the pressure off them by raising some funds to help with costs for treatment travel or other expenses they might face,

We in the Defence Forces Kayak Club are going to paddle continuously for 24hrs between the two bridges in Kilkenny city starting at John's bridge at 10am Saturday the 19th of march we will do a continuous loop from there up to Green's bridge and back until 10am the next morning paddling through the night,

We would be grateful if you could donate whatever you can and would be just as grateful  if you could also share this event with everyone on your social media accounts so we can reach a wider audience to help us reach our gaol in supporting Fran, Amber and the family.

If you are in town on the day come along and show your support to the Team paddling for Fran, Amber and the family.
