Imani's Celebration of Life

It is with deep regret that we announce the unexpected death of 20-year-old Imani Caasi Williams, “Petunia” who passed suddenly due to multiple gunshot wounds celebrating her 20th birthday.

Imani is survived by her parents Isaac Williams and Angela Williams and leaves behind her sister Amarhy and brother Alef to carry the torch of her memory forward. She was a Sophomore at Southern University who aspired to graduate from school with honors and run a successful hair salon upon obtaining her business degree. Imani was a humble, quiet, and sweet soul who had dreams of living life to its full potential.

On behalf of the Williams Family, we ask that you sow a generous seed of your choice to ensure Imani has a proper homecoming. The celebration of her life will be held on May 27th at Rhodes funeral home beginning at 1:00 pm.
