Imaging Losing Everything, Sheila Lance Can!

Imagine your entire life going up in flames. Now imagine it as a retired, fixed income, non-insured individual during a pandemic!  Sheila Lance can!

Shelia lost everything in a house fire earlier this week.  Just think about that for a minute. All your belongings, your pictures that encompass those memories especially of those that are no longer with us, all the things you cherish are gone.  We cherish SHEILA and want to help her.
 
Sheila is a woman who asks for little and gives so much, she’s single, living a retired life on fixed income and unfortunately did not have insurance. She hasn't even begun to figure out how she's going to rebuild her life, but we are hoping we can all help her with that journey by relieving some of the financial burden.

For those of you that don’t know Sheila well, you could find her in her sewing room, one of the many items she's already missing, talking on the phone to her family, playing her version of a video game or laughing with her sister. She just recently moved so she could be closer to her sister and enjoy all those things sister do. She loves her family and friends and we are all very thankful she is okay.

We are all trying to get our bearings and figure out the best course forward for Sheila.  With all the uncertainty we're facing, the most helpful thing we could think of is a fund of support that she can draw on as needs arise.  And that's our intent with setting up this Go Fund Me account.

We know times are tough, but every donation, no matter the size will help make this devastation a little easier.
