Hi, I'm making this fundraiser on behalf of my good friend chloe.
Chloe is a 26 year old mother of two and wife who has unfortunetly had two strokes and a heart attack since 27/9/14
As you can all image this is putting a massive strain on Chloe, Grant (husband) and the rest of the family emotionally and financially.
At this present time chloe has been placed on the emergency waiting list for heart sergury to fix the hole in her heart which they think is causing the strokes.
I'm asking for any donations big or small thanks for your time
