Book for Family of Addicts

I am 82 and I want to publish a book sharing my life work. I have spent a lifetime working with families of persons with addiction.  Much of my work has been in a family programs and helping families.  I have retired but addiction has not.  In fact, I still run a group for families coping with opiate addiction.  My book contains 20 chapters and topics on "some stuff you need to think about if you are up against addiction."  There are so many people today deeply upset and involved with a person actively in addiction.  Little help is available.  I feel called to share my experience and strategies.  One group member has said that loving an addict  is akin to being in a war zone without any weapons.  
I have been involved in intensive family programming for over 30 years.  It pains me to now be in retirement and to know that the information is needed for anyone who feels alone in the struggle. Addiction did not retire!  I have spent the last five years putting my thoughts down in book format.  I have completed that task but am now finding out that it is expensive to publish my work. 
I am asking for donations to help hire a typist and an editor to submit the book for publication and distribution.  I would be forever grateful for any amount you may donate.  It excites me to think that what has been in my head and on my lips could soon be in the hands of many.
