Our family is in the deepest despair. I am writing to ask for help to save my mom's life. For the past two years, my mom was taking heart medications,  I work hard here in the USA to help my family back in Morocco financially as well as with medical expenses. Lately, my mom got so sick and weak. On April 4th, 2017 she was diagnosed with a serious heart condition requiring a coronary bypass surgery.  My mother is 52 years old and lives in Morocco.  Our family economic situation is poor and we are financially desperate for any help to save her.
 

Below is the translated text of the conclusion of the doctor's lab work, I have also included a copy of her test result as well as pictures that were taken to show the severity of her condition.

Doctor's Conclusion:(translation French to English)

"Severe trituncular involvement with an indication of surgical revascularization Coronary bypass surgery".

 
This is a definition  of the surgery:

Coronary artery bypass surgery is the process of restoring the flow of blood to the heart. The surgical procedure places new blood vessels around existing blockages to restore necessary blood flow to the heart muscle. Once blood flow is re-established normal heart function may return in time.

I am asking you to please, kindly open your heart for my mom and donate whatever you can so she can live a long and happy life, Any help will be highly appreciated.
