Hubble the Dog's Surgery

My name is Brionna and I am a multiple-major college student. This December makes two years since my father's death, which made me more or less self-supporting through a standard, minimum-wage retail job. Although things have been very difficult, they have been much easier to deal with with the help of my long hair chihuahua mix, Hubble. At ten years old, he's full of attitude and quirks, but he's never had any significant health problems until yesterday.

Because of strain, the sheath of his penis retracted, but it wouldn't unretract, causing a serious infection that resulted in tissue death. Without an amputation, Hubble will have to be put down. Because this is so sudden, I can't cover the cost of the surgery, but the vet said his chances with the surgery are very, very good. Please help me save my dog's life.
