Igor's fight vs Lymphoma & Paralysis

I have a friend Igor who is 27 years old. A true friend, one of a few in life. We met during university, while we played in the same team and shared the same room. We built our life together through endless conversations about life and plans to change the world for the better. His bright personality and life-loving nature never cease to amaze me.
Everything changed on March 1st, 2019. Igor’s legs began to go numb and after a few days, on March 4, he was unable to get out of bed and was immediately rushed to the hospital. Here, the MRI scans and tests made it clear that there was a tumour which caused compression of his spinal cord, hence, lower paralysis. His diagnosis showed that he has Spastic Paraplegia (leg immobility) which was a result of his tumour (Burkitt’s Leukemia / Lymphoma).
After five months of intensive chemotherapy, several operations and constant struggle, Igor ultimately defeated lymphoma and the tumours were removed. He finally has hope to live. Despite defeating cancer, the sensitivity and mobility of his lower half have not returned and in order to restore it, Igor needs several (3-4) rehabilitation courses to bring feeling back to his nervous and muscle connections. Each course costs us $9,000 AUD, which in total is $32,000 AUD, he will need 3-4 such courses to help him get back on his feet. Igor has to go to the rehabilitation centre as soon as possible to prevent muscles from atrophying.
