Ichabod’s hip surgery

Our fifteen month old cat Ichabod needs “double femoral resection” surgery.  We have been hit hard with veterinary bills this year. In January we lost Ichabod’s litter mate to FIP, in August we lost our beloved Siamese to kidney failure. We have found a vet who working with us has offered to do both sides of Ichabod’s hips for $1500. This is $1000 less then other vets offered for a one sided surgery. Ichabod is very uncomfortable and really would like to play with his friend Smokey for Christmas. Ichabod is a wonderfully sweet guy and we would love to see him play like the young kitty he is. We are so grateful to any help you can give.
