Baby fund

Hi there. My brother and his girlfriend are heavy into drugs. My mom and I went to Indiana to get his twin 1 year olds and 2 year old babies. It has been a very hard 4 months for us. We are surviving and kids are great.  We have had to downsize our life completely and find ourselves struggling to make ends meet. I am not one to usually ask for help but in this case it is for the babies and that is all that matters right now.  Anything is greatly appreciated.
