I3’s IMPACT Fund is campaigning to raise support to assist Jessica Kramer in her battle against cancer.
Jessica is a loving mother, a wife, a daughter, a friend and so much more! She is a dedicated & passionate business owner! Jessica lights up the room with her contagious smile and an amazing sparkle! With no doubt Jessica is one of the strongest most driven women that will continue to fight this battle & she’s not alone she has an army fighting right alongside her.
Jessica was diagnosed at age 31 with metastatic breast cancer stage II. Shortly after her 1st daughter was born she took on the 1st fight with rounds of chemo and radiation. She thought she had kicked it in the butt, unfortunately 12 years later she is still fighting this disease. For those 12 years, the cancer has been contained to the lymph nodes in her neck. After several surgeries & various treatments, a recent scan revealed that the cancer had spread to her liver. After going through all the emotions of shock, sadness, anger, confusion, and fear, she is taking it one day at a time. Having metastatic breast cancer means that she will never be “cancer free”. She will always have to battle, try new drugs, and wait for the next shoe to drop. She will never be cured of this horrible disease but hopefully with medication she can still have a good quality of life as her doctors have told her. Jessica & her husband have two beautiful daughters, ages 12 and 10, and she is determined to fight every day to be there for them. They need one another! So everyday she is continuing the fight and putting her best foot forward!
Jessica’s current treatments consist of oral chemo with 14 days on 14 days off every month. She will be continuing her medications & also be starting radiation therapy/treatment on the right side of her skull in August due to cancer found on the bones of her skull.
