I'm Gay - My Family Cut Off My University Funding

Hi guys,
I'm heading into my 3rd year of university. My studies are funded by the Scottish Government thankfully but a lot of my other expenses have been covered by my family, specifically my grandparents. Recently, they found out I'm gay. As a result, they have decided to not spend any more money on my education, which has left me and my parents in a bit of a bind.
My parents have been wonderful and have agreed to cover my rent as I am already in a contract with a landlord, and my student loan should be enough to cover most living costs if I cut back on my "extracurricular" activities ;) However, I'm at a shortfall for textbooks and materials, and I need to replace my laptop as I've had it for 7 years and it's not really for purpose anymore. This is why I'm asking for your help.
There are a million other causes that are far more important than mine to donate to but I'd really appreciate any help that comes my way because of this. If you don't want to donate to me, there are loads of great LGBT+ charities out there helping people whose situation is far worse than mine, so please have a look at charities like the Albert Kennedy Trust who help homeless LGBT+ people.
Term starts in a couple of weeks and I'm writing this because my family and I don't know how else to do anything. Any help at all is appreciated, I love you all so much.
