On Wednesday, April 10,2024, my sister Mary Jane Aggison, faced a very unfortunate event. While sitting in her car a large tree fell and crushed both the car and her back and her neck is broken in three places.She was trapped inside of the vehicle before being rescued by good samaritans. As a result, she has sustained extensive, life altering injuries. She was rushed to a local hospital but later transferred to UMC in New Orleans. She underwent a surgical procedure on Thursday for back and neck injuries. Her life is forever changed. She is in serious condition(paralysis) and will need extensive assistive equipment and home modifications as she recovers. My name is Peggy , I am her sister. I have set up this GO Fund Me in anticipation of the high medical,daily life, transportation, and transitional expenses she will incur as this unfortunate event continues to unfold.
