I Will Rise Again to Sing to God

On August 25, 2016, I was home and felt fine the morning of.  Around 2:30 while viewing facebook and sitting on the bed I completely blacked out. Being told to me by my fiancee, Michael he noticed that my hand began to tremble and that my mouth twisted up so he called 911 and we found out that I was having a severe stroke, with a clot to my brain.  After this I was hospitalized for 4 months but the effects of the stroke caused right side paralysis and the inability to talk/sing. But I know God has a plan so I will talk/sing again.  To assist with this process, I am now taking follow up treatment for Speech, Physical and Occupational Therapy.  I was receiving Home Care  but because of me relocating I was discharged. I am now enrolled in outpatient care with no transportation.  I am in need of assistance ASAP to help with my medical needs and transportation. Unfortunately, I am unable to work and need assistance with food, clothing and shelter expenses. This assistance would greatly help and relieve me of the  pressure of having to ask for help from strangers. Thank You and May God Bless You All.
