Tade Alalade kidney transplant

It is painful to write to you all on this note. My Name is Oluwafunminiyi Oyetade Alalade, who finished his secondary education from Fed. Govt. college ogbomoso year 2002 and completed his first degree in Mass Communication as the best student in class 2010, Bowen university, I have been sick for almost 2 years, I have being to several medical consultants, done series of medical test but no diagnosis of a specific illness until few weeks ago when i was diagnosed that my kidney function deteriorated necessitating the institution of haemodialysis.
I have been on twice weekly haemodialysis.

Diagnosis:

1. Type 1 diabetes mellitus
2. Hypertension
3. Chronic kidney disease secondary to diabetic nephropathy.
