My wife and I both lost our fathers to Covid 19, and this home was supposed to be a safe haven from everything. However, we are suffering due to misinformation and ignorance due to this being our first home.
My wife and I are first time home owners and had no idea what to expect when buying a home.
We hired an inspector who didn't encompass all the problems which are currently present with our home. Once we got our house all of these issues came to light which now is costing us over 12 thousand dollars to repair.
The primary issues deals with heating and cooling our living space. We ask that anything be provided so we do not endure such an expense (even a little bit helps).
