I have been given a death sentence. Please help.

Hi, my name is Michael and I have been given a death sentence(we are seeking a second opinion, but even the hospital says I will be dead before UofM can see me). I was released from the hospital with a diagnosis of CHF, two blood clots in my heart and an Aortic Aneurysm. I had triple bypass surgery just over a year ago, and my surgeon said he would not touch my heart because I would die on the table. I am asking for help because my wife cannot work at the present time because she is taking care of me, and we have a 13-year-old son with Down Syndrome who is also in 24-hour care. Our savings have been depleted because she has been caring for us, and we have used them to pay bills and vehicle repairs. In addition, we have a 14-year-old daughter who, for the first time, needs help to buy her school clothes this year. When the time comes, and I pass, my wife will have to be at home to care for our son and our daughter and try to navigate life without me(her husband for 21 years). Please give from your heart, and if you can not, please share. My wife is amazing, but this is killing her spirit as she is stressed to the max with fear of the unknown.
