I can’t afford surgery for my dog

My dog recently fell and tore all the ligaments around her right knee severely. She is in a lot of pain and she needs a very expensive surgery if she is going to be able to ever use her leg again. My family cannot currently afford this and we would appreciate all the help we can get because we love her, more than anything in the world. Thank you in advance for any help that you can give.
