Tiernie Dugan is a fun loving, warmhearted mother, daughter, and friend to many. She is always giving and never taking. Last October, Tiernie was diagnosed with Melanoma. She is progressing, but it has been a long journey. While she has been receiving help with medical finances, she has not been able to work due to numerous surgeries and procedures.
