Help my 4yr old frenchie walk again

My 3 year old frenchie ( now 4)suddenly took ill overnight, After emergency vets and specialist neurological vets at dick white referrals he was diagnosed with Intervertebral disk disease (IVDD), sometimes referred to as a slipped or herniated disk. He had a severe case (stage five) and had to have surgery. With only being three years old I felt I needed and wanted to give him a chance.
He was given a 50% chance of full recovery, he made it through the surgery and was given strong pain killers for a few weeks, he had 10 days of rest at the vets and I wasn't allowed to see him, which as you can imagine was awful. He was finally home but after about a month his hind legs are still paralysed.
I have been doing all I can at home with him with reguards to physiotherapy but I am not a professional. I have seen the benifits that other dogs have had from hydrotherapy and cold laser therapy. After very expensive vet bills all together costing £7000 I am struggling to be able to give him the after care he needs and deserves on a regular basis.
I am asking for help towards his sessions of hydrotherapy and cold laser therapy which will help with muscle rebuilding, strengthing, balance and cell regeneration. Ollie would benifit from at least 3 sessions a week, which currently is unreachable for me.
I would be extremely grateful for any donations towards treatment for my ollie ♥
Thank you for taking the time to read his story
