Living expenses

This is my younger sister Kelsey. She has been in the hospital a few times over the last couple months. The first time she went in was for a 5 day stretch where she got viral Meningitis. The second time, which was 5 days after she got out from her last stay, she went in because of a stroke. My sister is only 20 years old. 
She just came home a couple days ago and with all of her medical bills she's getting now and our living expenses I can't keep up and/or work enough to pay for everything and we've tried just about everything else to get help. So now I'm here asking you guys if you can help us out.
