Sales Training Scholarship for Young Entrepreneurs

Donation protected
Greetings Champions of Change,

I’m Sylvia NebSa Harmon. My main role is training sales trainers for exhibitors and vendors who distribute products and services at pop-up markets, malls, tradeshows, expos, fairs, festivals, conferences and special events.

I'm an Anti-Poverty Activist, Self-Employment Catalyst, a Socio-Spiritual Entrepreneur and Movement Maker with over 40 years of international vending experience.

Today, I’m reaching out to global minded, socially conscious individuals, businesses, educators and organizations to help bring my passion, purpose and life’s work to public awareness.

Sharing and donating to this scholarship fundraiser will help reduce unemployment and poverty amongst young people in Africa and around the world.

Would you agree that it’s better to teach people to fish for a lifetime, than to give them fish for a day?

HERE'S THE PROBLEM WE'RE TACKLING through educating young entrepreneurs.

Out of 420 million Africans aged 15 to 35 years, only one in six is in wage employment.

That leaves five out of six struggling to fend for themselves.

Many are creative hustlers that are driven and determined to survive, but they lack the education and self employment skills to create their own jobs and businesses.

SALES TRAINING IS USUALLY MISSING from entrepreneurship programs.

Have you ever considered the impact of teaching the art of selling?

The power to make a difference in life and death situations is in your hands.... starting now.

Keep reading and you’ll discover exactly what your contribution will do - every donation, no matter the size, is meaningful.

Together we can ignite a movement that the world has never seen before.

Armed with just computers, we can teach legions of college graduates to combat poverty.

It all starts with scholarships and certifications at The Village To Vendor Academy

MY EXPERTISE IS TRAINING SALES TRAINERS to teach a specialized system for success at festivals, trade shows, markets, conferences and other special events.

Our vision and mission is to create a new digital economy of freelance sales trainers to get hired online by companies that need better sales teams.

Let’s get real and honest. Every business craves a skilled salesforce.

Do you see the value and potential of vendors who can masterfully engage shoppers when selling products directly to crowds?

If yes, please donate to become ally and/or Joint Venture Referral Partner.

Will you share my website and newsletter with educators, businesses or organizations that would appreciate this information?

I'm spreading some of my best lessons for just donations at The Village To Vendor Academy

POP-UP VENDING AT EVENTS IS A CLEAR PATH from unemployment to self employment to entrepreneurship.

Here’s the plan.

I've been working on it since starting a social enterprise in East and Southern Africa in 1984. I’ve been teaching and vending essentially my whole life. Born in Michigan, I'm an African American residing in Cincinnati, with 18 years of my life on the African continent.

I’ve already developed several courses, learning resources and the infrastructure of a coaching community that can accommodate 40,000 members.

The business model is a scholarship fundraising collective that also pays stipends and referral rewards to intern coaches and apprentice trainers who receive scholarships.

BECOME AN ANTI-POVERTY ALLY of our Global Alliance for the Advancement of Youth Entrepreneurs.

That’s right. This initiative is for everybody anywhere.

When you donate, you become an ally.

As an ally, here’s what you’ll receive.

  • Webinars and workshops for up-skilling yourself and others.

  • Discount coupons to purchase fair trade handmade fashion accessories.

  • Immense satisfaction that you’re making a difference that truly matters.

Everything needed to ignite this movement is ready.

My challenge now is to stop pilot testing the platform and start launching it.

THIS MONUMENTAL INITIATIVE REQUIRES A BUDGET for advertising, management team and overhead expenses.

Let’s unite and educate youth entrepreneurs to become expert sellers and digital sales trainers.

  • Please donate to help us give scholarships.

  • Please share this fundraiser with people who care.

  • Please volunteer or join our management team.

Every penny will be put to good use. I promise.
After raising the initial $12,000, The Village To Vendor Pipeline and Academy will be self sustaining and profitable,

Thanks you so much for your kind consideration and generosity,

Feel free to message me about anything at all.
