Sydney’s Journey

Meet Sydney.  She's a 3 1/2 year old sweetie who loves to cuddle with her mom, play hide-n-seek with her dad, and loves her one-year old brother more than any of her toys.  But Sydney is seriously ill.

Sydney and her family need your help.  Several weeks ago Sydney was diagnosed with Wilms tumor and subsequently had her kidney removed.  She recently began what will be months of radiation and chemotherapy for spots on her lungs and liver. Her silly and kind, sweet personality will help her through the struggles of her journey, and  Peppa Pig and Daniel Tiger will be favorite distractions.  Her mom, Malinda, has to take a leave from work to care for Sydney, and her dad, Bobby, will continue to work while caring for the family.  

Because the cost of treatments is significant, and the lost income will put severe constraints on the family, please consider making a donation that will go towards paying for Sydney's treatments, as well as the day-to-day expenses Sydney's family will be faced with.  Sydney and her family thank you from the bottom of their hearts, and pray that no other family will be faced with the difficulties they are now going through.
