Fund Alex's Top Surgery

I need to get something off my chest (pardon the pun). So, I came out almost 4 years ago, and for me that was the most difficult, but life changing decision I ever made. I finally was starting to live life as my true self. I figured something had always been missing, I was always very boy-ish in my manner, but until I turned around 17/18 I had no idea what being transgender was. I'm desperate for top surgery, even before starting hormones, I wanted surgery, but now it's even more heightened. I'm going through the NHS, but due to extreme circumstances, surgeries have been significantly delayed (up to around 2 years). I know in my heart I can't wait much longer, it's really starting to affect my mental health. Any donation, big or small is so appreciated.
