Hurricane Irma Virgin Island Relief

Hi Guys - I hope you and your families are doing well. 
Less than 3 weeks ago I helplessly watched as Irma, a Category 5 hurricane, decimated and destroyed the memories of my past along with the homes of my friends and family in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands.  Then, in an unprecedented run of events, less than two weeks later, a second Category 5 hurricane, Maria, again slammed into the Virgin Islands and further crippled and destroyed whatever Irma managed to leave behind. 

The situation is dire.  People are broken, their resilience shattered, and thousands are homeless and without shelter, food and basic necessities on a daily basis.  I cannot sit idly by.  I must not.  I am determined to do my part to help and aid in these terrible and desperate times. 

 Many of you have generously reached out to inquire about how best to assist our families and friends during this time.  While my sister and I are doing everything we can, and have already started purchasing and gathering necessities with our own funds, we cannot do it by ourselves.  It takes a village.  A donation of any amount would greatly be appreciated and would be put towards basic life sustaining necessities. 

 My goal is to gather and send as many barrels and containers of food and other necessities to not only my family but others in need that have been terribly affected by Hurricanes Irma and Maria.  Every dollar received will go to the purchasing, packaging, shipping, and coordination of sending goods to the affected area.  I will be transparent and update this post periodically with progress made and proof/evidence of items purchased.
