TS Harvey-Acadiana Animal Aid

Tax deductible
Acadiana Animal Aid was up before dawn this morning loading a plane with over 80 adoptable animals who are headed to a no kill shelter in the Northwest. The flight was sponsored by Wings of Rescue and they have offered to return to Louisiana on Wed for another life saving flight to Pennsylvania. The kennel space freed up by this morning's flight will make room for AAA to take in dogs from surrounding shelters that are flooding. Those shelter animals will then fly out on Wed freeing up even more space to help other animals in flooded shelters. LFT is planning a ground transport for the remaining animals once the flooding has receded and the roads are passable. Of course all of this takes a lot of $$ to accomplish. Health certificates for each and every animal being transported, vaccinations, medical care, food and fuel are just some of the expenses. Acadiana Animal Aid has already used most of it's emergency fund to help the surrounding shelters that are flooding. To continue to help the surrounding parishs' shelters with their animals AAA will need our help. A $7 donation will purchase a health certificate, $20 will vaccinate an animal in need, $50 will buy medication to treat a heart worm positive dog. ANY amount will help save a life.
I, Laura from Loving Friends Transport, am posting this go fund me campaign to raise funds for the animals affected by Hurricane Harvey. The funds raised will be used solely by AAA to aid the animals affected by the flooding in Louisiana.
