Hurricane Harvey: Sutton Family

Donation protected
Hi family and friends, it's Michelle Martinez and my family here in California and I are raising money for my daughter Amanda Sutton and her family in Richwood, Texas who were forced to evacuate their home yesterday due to flooding after Hurricane Harvey. Amanda and her husband Harley have two little girls named Emery (6) and Amelia (3). The flooding has already forced them to evacuate their home and leave most of their belongings behind. We are raising money to ensure that they have resources like food and water and to help them get back on their feet once the flooding has gone down. There is water in their house that is about ankle deep currently and they are saying there is going to be about 4-5 more days of rising flood water so it will likely do more damage to their house than it already has. Amanda and Harley were told numerous times while purchasing their home that they did not need flood insurance! So they do not have the flood insurance to help with costs to rebuild their home. I, Amanda's mother will be transferring this money daily to her account to help with everyday needs as Most, including Harley are not able to work right now due to flooding. This money will also be used to help them to find a temporary place to live while their house gets fixed. Please donate whatever you can to help her and her family in this rough time.
