Hurricane Harvey flooded moms house

My mom has already survived her house being burned down! Now Hurricane Harvey destroyed it again! Her car was totaled and her new car was in the garage destroyed as well! She needs everyone's help PLEASE it is just too much! PLEASE HELP !
