Hurricane Harvey Cleanup - Sasha

Hurricane Harvey hit my subdivision of Kingwood Lakes in Kingwood,, TX outside of Houston.   My friends and family have requested that I start a GO Fund me to raise funds to help witht the cleanup.  My home took on 5 1/2 ft. of water.  I had to evacuate.  Here are some of the things I will need to purchase and bring back as part of the cleanup.  Some people have expressed that they would rather help me and my neighbors out directly than donate to an organization.   I really can't thank everyone enough who has offered to help and support.   If you want to help, it is appreciated, if not there are many other great organizations out there you can donate to.  My biggest suggestion would be to the campaign that JJ Watt is undertaking because he will get donations and supplies to Houstonians. 

Right now, I am not looking to rebuild, reconstruct, refurnish, and decorate . Right now I just need to clean, tear out, and work on mold cleaning and prevention.  

I hope to get back to Kingwood as soon as I can.   Many roads and highways are shut down and I hear that Port Arthur and Beaumont are evacuating right now and that is what I pass through to get back home.    These are the things I am going to need to purchase and take back home with me:

Mower/weeder/blower or I'm going to have to hire a lawn service before the grass gets 2 feet tall

Mildew/Mold prevntion / killing chemicals

Dehumidifiers

Water and basic essentials because supplies are running low in my area.  I am also going to bring back essentials to my neighbors or friends who are running low or doing without.
