Hi, my name is Charlotte and I’m part of Wisbech St Mary football club. Last week one of our managers and volunteers Ryan Martin and his wife Tanya had the unbearable news that one of their son’s Hunter was diagnosed with lymphoma! Hunter is a twin to Casey and both play in our under 7’s team. Hunter and Casey are joined at the hip and always with a football. Hunter will now be in hospital for the next 6 months undergoing intensive treatment with the hope he can come home for 2-3 days to be with his family! As you can only imagine how hard this will be as a family. Ryan and Tanya have 5 children, Kieran 22, Cody who’s 16 today, Hunter and Casey 6 and Theo who’s 1. Cody is also part of our club and plays in our under 16’s team. As a club we want to be able to support the Martin family in what ever they may need in this very challenging and heartbreaking journey ahead of them so any donations will be greatly received.
