Hugo emergency operation

Hugo broke his leg and kneecap yesterday. We took him to the vet and they say we have to have an operation. And the operation would cost around SEK 40,000 ($ 4,000). Money we really do not have. We have already paid over SEK 70,000 ($ 7,000) in veterinary expenses in the last 3 months. He is the happiest dog I have ever met, he loves to fool around and run around the house and play with his "big brother" (aka our other dog). We rescued him when he was 3 months old from a house where he was bitten and harassed every day. He is today 6 months old, and is the most beloved little dog there is. Please help us save our dog
