Help with funeral and memorial expenses

Hello, my name is Selena and I need help paying for my grandmas funeral. My grandma Phyllis Lauver died on July 20th, 2021 and I was informed that the life insurance company that has been taking money out of her account for several, several years now will not be giving us any money so therefore, we will not be able to afford her funeral and memorial expenses.
